We collect the minimum personal data needed to deliver the service and answer your enquiry:
- Contact form data — name, phone number, optional email, and a description of the work you need. Stored only as long as needed to action the request.
- Job records — vehicle registration, mileage, service history. Held for 7 years for VAT and warranty reasons (Irish Revenue requirement).
- Anonymous analytics — page views, device type, country, no personal identifiers. We use a privacy-respecting tool that does not require cookie consent.
3. How we use it
- To call or email you back about the work you enquired about.
- To complete the work, invoice you, and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
- To improve the website (anonymous, aggregated only).
We never sell, share, or rent your data. We don't run remarketing pixels. We don't email marketing lists.

You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
5. Third parties
